I am a surrealist and abstract artist and have been drawing and painting since I was a child.

 

My inspirations are generally derived from contemplation of the human condition; being the intersection of where the inner working of the mind meets with imagination.

I have experimented with many different artistic mediums throughout the past 20 years, ranging from the traditional to the unconventional. With a background in woodwork (cabinetry) I spent some time crafting quirky furniture from solid pine which was decorated with pyrography, paint and wood stains.

​

My most recent works, a collection of 6x oil on canvas paintings titled 'The Introverts', measuring 40 x 60 inches, delves into the enigmatic world of introversion, weaving a narrative that explores the inner landscapes of its characters.

The collection is scheduled to go to exhibition at the Artist @ Work Studio &  Gallery on the 1st March 2024 and will remain on show throughout this month.
